Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills for managing reservations
- Ability to remain calm under pressure

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude upon arrival at the restaurant
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
- Seat guests at appropriate tables and ensure they are comfortable and have a pleasant dining experience
- Answer any questions or inquiries guests may have about the menu or restaurant
- Manage waitlists and reservations efficiently and accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including the host/hostess station
- Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth flow of service
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a timely and appropriate manner
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers or promotions
- Take and process to-go orders as needed
- Assist with bussing and resetting tables when necessary
- Work collaboratively with team members to provide excellent customer service
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
- Attend training sessions and team meetings as required
- Continuously strive to improve the overall guest experience
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the restaurant's menu and daily specials
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor
