Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to remain calm and organized in high volume situations
Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Ability to stand for extended periods
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

Prior experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred

Ability to manage guest waitlists efficiently during busy periods
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
Positive attitude with a friendly and engaging personality
Basic knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and engage in friendly conversation when seating them
Manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume periods to set accurate guest expectations
Introduce guests to their servers to enhance the dining experience
Regularly clean and sanitize various guest touch points within the restaurant
Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth seating and dining flow
Maintain a welcoming and positive atmosphere in the host area
