Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform cleaning duties

Job Duties

Work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment to provide guests with a fresh dining experience
Demonstrate genuine hospitality and set the stage for an exceptional dining experience by making every single guest feel welcome at the door
Engage in friendly conversation as you seat guests in a timely fashion
Introduce guests to their server
Manage restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set guest expectations
Sincerely thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
Clean and sanitize guest touch points in the restaurant
