Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome members and guests as they arrive
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize the flow of guests
- Maintain a clean and organized entrance and dining area
- Provide menus and inform guests of specials and promotions
- Answer phone calls and take reservations with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist with seating and accommodate special requests from guests
- Collaborate with the dining staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Uphold the country club's standards of hospitality and professionalism
