- Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications
- Prior host/hostess or front-of-house experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Resy or similar reservation systems a plus
Job Duties
- Warmly welcome and seat guests in a professional, friendly manner
- Manage reservations and walk-ins using Resy and maintain accurate wait times
- Coordinate with servers, managers, and floor staff to ensure smooth table flow
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the host stand and entrance area
- Support management with special events, large parties, and VIP reservations
- Uphold Lokal's service standards and contribute to a positive team environment
