Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to greet guests warmly and with a friendly smile
  • excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • willingness to complete assigned cleaning duties
  • ability to work collaboratively with team members
  • positive attitude

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a customer service or host/hostess role preferred but not required
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to maintain a positive and friendly attitude
  • basic knowledge of restaurant operations
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • strong organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Greeting and seating guests
  • inviting them to visit us again
  • accommodating any special needs such as boosters, high chairs, disabilities, large parties
  • managing the wait list as needed, quoting accurate wait times
  • providing assistance to servers
  • maintaining tables per floor plan
  • completion of assigned cleaning duties
  • maintaining working knowledge of our menu
