Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in the casual restaurant industry preferred
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Availability to work within open hours including evenings, holidays, weekends
  • Familiarity with a POS system is preferred
  • ServSafe certification is preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds

Job Duties

  • Greet both arriving and departing guests in a friendly manner
  • Seat guests and manage table assignments efficiently
  • Assist in maintaining the overall guest flow of the restaurant
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests throughout their dining experience
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and wait staff to coordinate seating and service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and dining area
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any seating-related issues promptly
