We are currently seeking enthusiastic Hosts who are passionate about setting the stage for an exceptional dining experience for every guest. This role is vital for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that ensures guests feel valued from the moment they step through the door until they leave. As a Host at The Capital Burger, you will be the friendly face that welcomes diners, manages the flow of the restaurant, and maintains a clean and sanitized environment. This position offers competitive pay ranging from $15 to $20.25 per hour, along with an impressive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid sick leave, anniversary pay, and a matching 401(k) plan after one year of employment for those 21 and older.

The Host’s responsibilities include managing the waiting list during busy times, setting accurate guest expectations, and engaging sincerely with guests to ensure a memorable visit. You will also introduce servers to guests, handle guest interactions with kindness and professionalism, and maintain the cleanliness of various guest touch points throughout the restaurant.
