ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
strong communication and interpersonal skills
capacity to handle high volume guest interactions
willingness to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
positive and approachable demeanor

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome at the door
engage in friendly conversation while seating guests in a timely manner
introduce guests to their server
manage restaurant waiting list during high volume periods to set accurate guest expectations
sincerely thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
clean and sanitize guest touch points in the restaurant
