As a Host/Hostess at River Inn of Harbor Town, you will be the vital first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for their entire dining experience. This role is foundational to the restaurant’s service excellence, involving greeting and seating guests with promptness and professionalism, managing reservations both by phone and in person using the restaurant’s booking system, and answering guest inquiries about the menu and hours of operation. Beyond customer interaction, you will support the service team with essential side work tasks such as setting tables, clearing dishes, and running food to tables. Maintaining a clean and organized host stand is also a key responsibility, helping to sustain the polished and professional image the restaurant prides itself on.
