Job Requirements
- minimum 1 year experience as a host in fast-casual restaurant industry
- at least 18 years old
- high school diploma or GED required
- associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- proficiency in POS systems
- current alcohol and food certifications per state requirements
- ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with crew
- availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
- strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- strong attention to detail
- strong communication skills
- able to withstand physical demands of restaurant environment
