Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in hospitality or restaurant environment preferred
  • Ability to stand, bend, and twist during shifts
  • Ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions and policies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Cash handling experience preferred

  • Ability to read and interpret seating charts

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and seat them at appropriate tables
  • Record customer reservations and seating times
  • Maintain and update restaurant seating charts
  • Set up and maintain dining room areas before service
  • Assist with stocking roll-up silverware
  • Advise guests on menus and beverage choices
  • Coordinate food and beverage delivery with kitchen and floor staff
  • Handle cashier and bus person duties as required
  • Follow cash handling policies and maintain cash security
  • Patrol assigned station to refill beverages and remove service items
  • Perform team duties during downtime such as rolling silverware, expediting food orders, washing dishes, preparing to-go food, and cleaning table condiments
