Job Requirements
- Minimum one year experience as a host in fast-casual restaurant industry
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED required
- Preferred associate's or bachelor's degree
- Proficient in POS systems
- Current alcohol and food certifications meeting state requirements
- Ability to speak Spanish verbally with crew
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Strong communication skills
- Capability to withstand physical demands of restaurant environment
Job Qualifications
