We are currently seeking a high-energy Host/Hostess to join the Famous Dave's family, playing an essential role in creating a great first impression for our guests. As the first point of contact, the Host/Hostess warmly greets patrons in a friendly, approachable, and sincere manner, making every guest feel welcomed and at home. This role is critical for setting the tone for a positive dining experience, ensuring that visitors leave with lasting positive memories that encourage them to return. Ideal candidates will possess a "Guest First" attitude and exhibit strong interpersonal skills, using friendly conversation and attentiveness to engage with guests effectively. The Host/Hostess will manage the seating flow, coordinate wait lists when necessary, and accommodate special guest needs such as boosters, high chairs, disabilities, and large parties. Additionally, they will assist servers as needed, maintain table cleanliness according to the floor plan, and uphold thorough knowledge of the menu to answer guest inquiries.
