Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience as a host in the fast-casual restaurant industry
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency in POS systems
  • Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements
  • Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew
  • Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)
  • Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests and create memorable first impressions
  • Manage guest seating and coordinate table assignments

  • Provide information about menu items and restaurant promotions to guests
  • Uphold safety and health standards in the work environment
