The responsibilities for this role include greeting guests with genuine hospitality and making them feel welcomed from the first point of contact. You will manage the seating process efficiently, including engaging in friendly conversation while escorting guests to their tables. Introducing guests to their servers forms a critical part of the transition from arrival to dining, setting the tone for a positive experience. During high-volume periods, managing the restaurant waiting list with accuracy is essential to ensure guests have realistic expectations and feel valued even during busy times. We emphasize sincere gratitude toward guests as they conclude their visit, inviting them to return and reinforcing a long-lasting positive impression. Maintenance of cleanliness and sanitization of guest touch points ensures safety and comfort for all patrons.
