Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
ability to stand for extended periods
good physical stamina
excellent verbal communication skills
basic knowledge of food allergies and accommodations
willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

greet customers as they arrive
schedule dining reservations for guests
make seating decisions for groups
direct dining room personnel on customer needs

provide menus and explain specials
introduce customers to servers
inspect and maintain cleanliness of dining facilities
instruct buss personnel and waiters
assist guests with doors and vehicle directions
