The role of a restaurant greeter at Cypress Cove is pivotal in shaping the dining experience for residents and guests. This position involves welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism, often serving as their first and last impression of Cypress Cove's dining facilities. Greeters play an essential role in creating a home-like atmosphere and ensuring every visitor enjoys a memorable experience. Responsibilities include managing the point-of-sale (POS) and reservation systems to coordinate service efficiently, taking and managing reservations, handling phone calls for reservations and take-out orders, and assisting servers by checking out side duties. Additionally, this role requires vigilant inspection of the restaurant and service areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Cypress Cove seeks individuals with a genuine passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills, complemented by basic computer skills required for managing POS and reservation systems, with experience in Open Table considered a plus. Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment are essential for success in this position.
