The Greeter role is a pivotal position within our restaurant team, as you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests. Your friendly and professional welcome sets the tone for their entire dining experience. As a Greeter, your responsibilities will include answering phones promptly and accurately, managing reservations with a keen attention to detail, and seating guests in an orderly fashion that maximizes server availability and overall efficiency. In addition to organizing seating arrangements, your interpersonal skills will ensure guests feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated. You will also play a key role at the end of guests’ visits by wishing them farewell and inviting them back, helping to foster ongoing customer loyalty.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, and be comfortable using office equipment and digital systems such as computers or tablets to enter information efficiently. Flexibility is essential since the role requires working varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Dependability is critical, as our operations rely on staff being present and prepared to work, sometimes even at short notice during emergencies. Professional appearance and demeanor are expected at all times, helping maintain the welcoming atmosphere that our guests appreciate.
