We are currently seeking enthusiastic and personable individuals to join our team in the role of a Host/Hostess. This is an entry-level position perfect for candidates who enjoy interacting with people and want to develop their customer service skills in a dynamic restaurant environment. The role involves warmly greeting guests, managing seating arrangements, and ensuring smooth communication between guests and the dining staff. Our hosts and hostesses play a key role in establishing the first and last impressions of our guests' dining experience, ensuring that every visitor feels valued and cared for. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor. While previous restaurant experience is preferred, it is not mandatory, as thorough training will be provided to help new hires flourish in their roles. Job Requirements

  • Previous restaurant experience is not required but preferred

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Warmly greet all guests upon their arrival
  • open the front door for guests entering or leaving the restaurant when possible
  • inspect tables for proper presentation
  • record the guests information in the NoWait App and provide the guest with an estimated wait time when the restaurant is on a wait for tables
  • notify guests via the No Wait App when their table is ready
  • accommodate special seating requests whenever possible
  • make friendly conversation with guests as you walk them to their table
  • upon seating, offer guests a menu and inform them of the servers name
  • handle food such as chips and salsa
  • thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
  • attend all scheduled team member meetings
