This job opening is for the position of Host/Hostess at Applebee's. In this crucial front-of-house role, the successful candidate will become the friendly and professional face of the restaurant, responsible for greeting all guests warmly upon arrival and departure, managing seating arrangements efficiently, and maintaining smooth guest flow within the dining area. The Host/Hostess is essential in ensuring that every guest receives excellent service from the moment they enter the restaurant, contributing to an enjoyable dining experience that encourages repeat visits. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in the casual restaurant industry preferred
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Availability to work during open hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Familiarity with POS systems preferred
  • ServSafe certification preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to withstand physical demands of a restaurant environment

Job Qualifications
