Job Duties

  • Manage a wait list
  • Have a good understanding of our menu, specials, entertainment and events
  • Answer phone within 3 rings, with proper phone etiquette
  • Reset tables to proper set up specifications
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Check restrooms periodically
  • Be able to Walk n Talk with our Guests when seating them
  • Confidently engage in conversation with our Guests
  • Understand professional communication
