Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
  • Manage seating arrangements and reservations
  • Provide guests with menus and assist with inquiries
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess station and entrance area
  • Communicate effectively with serving staff and management about guest needs and table availability
  • Ensure all guests feel valued and have a positive dining experience
  • Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and promptly
