Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Manage seating arrangements and reservations
- Provide guests with menus and assist with inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess station and entrance area
- Communicate effectively with serving staff and management about guest needs and table availability
- Ensure all guests feel valued and have a positive dining experience
- Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and promptly
