Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Obtain a food handlers permit
  • Obtain TABC certification
  • Ability to communicate clearly and pleasantly
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills

Job Duties

  • Arrive at work on time in uniform with a polished appearance
  • Provide an "All Star" fun guest experience that begins with an enthusiastic greeting at the front door
  • Listen to the guest and provide "All Star Service" that's just for them
  • Coordinate the flow of business within the restaurant by organizing reservations seating guests and providing accurate wait times and event information
  • Work as part of a team to help facilitate efficiency engagement hospitality and great fun
