Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
ability to communicate clearly and effectively
capable of standing for extended periods
flexible availability including evenings and weekends
basic knowledge of food safety and alcohol service regulations
excellent interpersonal skills
ability to handle a fast-paced work environment
strong organizational skills
obtain a food handlers permit
obtain a tabc certification

Job Duties

arrive at work on time, in uniform with a polished appearance
provide an "all star," fun guest experience that begins with an enthusiastic greeting at the front door
listen to the guest and provide "all star service" that’s just for them
coordinate the flow of business within the restaurant by organizing reservations, seating guests, and providing accurate wait times and event information
work as part of a team to help facilitate efficiency, engagement, hospitality, and great fun
