Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Minimum of one year experience as a host in the fast-casual restaurant industry
- High school diploma or GED required
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Current alcohol and food certifications meeting state requirements
- Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew
- Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness
- Strong communication skills
- Able to withstand physical demands of a restaurant environment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Welcome guests and create memorable first impressions
- Manage guest reservations and seating
- Communicate effectively with restaurant crew in Spanish and English
- Utilize POS systems proficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and surrounding areas
- Resolve guest concerns and foster positive conflict resolution
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
