Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Minimum of one year experience as a host in the fast-casual restaurant industry
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Proficiency in POS systems
  • Current alcohol and food certifications meeting state requirements
  • Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew
  • Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to withstand physical demands of a restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Communicate effectively with restaurant crew in Spanish and English
  • Utilize POS systems proficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and surrounding areas
  • Resolve guest concerns and foster positive conflict resolution
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
