The role available is for friendly and outgoing Hosts/Hostesses who are the first point of contact for guests at Bar Louie. Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Minimum of one year experience as a host in the fast-casual restaurant industry
- High school diploma or GED required
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Current alcohol and food certifications meeting state requirements
- Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew
- Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness
- Strong communication skills
- Able to withstand physical demands of a restaurant environment
