As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for managing OpenTable reservations to optimize seating flow during service hours, assisting guests with special requests, and maintaining continuous communication regarding table availability and wait times. Your role extends to providing guests with menus, introducing servers, and ensuring the host stand and surrounding areas meet high standards of organization and cleanliness. Handling inbound communications such as phone reservation inquiries is also part of your routine duties, alongside assisting in concierge outreach and brand representation at off-site events.

Throughout your shift, you will monitor the dining area, support the Maître D or Lead Host in coordinating seating rotations, and help with service tasks like bussing tables or running food when needed. Adhering to stringent health and sanitation standards and maintaining an elevated professional appearance that aligns with THE ONE GROUP’s hospitality ethos is crucial. This position demands stamina and grace under pressure, including the physical ability to stand for long periods and a readiness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
