Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in reservations or hosting roles preferably in fine dining or upscale establishments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in guest service areas
- Capacity to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with reservation management systems preferred
- Demonstrated passion and professionalism in hospitality
Job Qualifications
- 1-3 years of reservations or host experience in fine dining or similar caliber establishments
- Organized motivating with excellent communication skills
- Personable with a passion for hospitality
- Working knowledge of reservation management systems preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet guests in a warm friendly and sincere manner
- Provide a warm welcome and a fond farewell upon departure
- Answer phone calls and guest inquiries
- Have full knowledge of the floor plan and seating charts
- Manage day to day reservations walk-in and cancellations no-show in the reservation system
- Seat guests in accordance to their preferences and under the direction of the Manager on duty
- Maintain the overall presentation cleanliness and organization of assigned guest service areas such as coat check bathrooms and other guest spaces
- Guide guests to assigned tables and ensure their satisfaction
