Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current California Food Handler's Card
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Basic math proficiency
- Familiarity with front desk operations
- Previous guest service or hospitality experience

Job Duties
- Complete opening duties as assigned
- Answer phone promptly, taking reservations and messages accurately
- Seat guests promptly and courteously, accommodating special requests
- Carry guest drinks on a tray when escorting to tables
- Ensure accurate transfer of guest checks between bartenders and servers
- Maintain up-to-date account of table status
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs promptly
- Interact professionally with guests, management, and co-workers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest restrooms
- Guide assistants to ensure optimum guest service
- Complete closing reports and report to manager
