Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and promptly
  • manage guest seating and reservations efficiently
  • communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
  • assist guests with inquiries and accommodate special requests
  • handle waitlists and inform guests about waiting times
  • support the team during peak hours
