We are currently seeking Maître d’ / Greeter candidates to join our successful team at R+D Kitchen. This role is ideal for individuals who bring energy, poise, and an elevated sense of personal style to their work. Compensation for this position ranges from $37.50 to $45.50 per hour, which includes a fixed rate of $16.50 plus an average tip share ranging from $22 to $30 per hour. These positions are available on both a part-time and full-time basis, and some weekend availability is required to meet the demands of our busy restaurant schedule. Medical and dental benefits are offered after an introductory period, supporting the well-being of our team members.
The Maître d’ / Greeter at R+D Kitchen plays a pivotal role in shaping the first impression guests have when they arrive. Your responsibilities include greeting guests warmly, managing reservations, seating guests efficiently, and ensuring a smooth flow of service from the moment guests enter until they are comfortably seated. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, exceptional professionalism, and the capacity to handle a fast-paced environment with grace and courtesy.
