In addition to greeting and seating guests, the Host may also be responsible for managing To Go orders, ensuring an efficient and friendly delivery of takeout service. Follow-up is an important part of the role, as the Host engages with guests at the end of their visit to confirm their satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Responsibilities also include cash handling, maintaining sanitation and food safety standards, and acting as a spokesperson for the restaurant during special events.
