Job Duties

  • demonstrating genuine hospitality by warmly welcoming guests at the door
  • engaging in friendly conversation as you seat guests in a timely fashion
  • introducing guests to their server to ensure a smooth transition
  • managing the restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set guest expectations
  • sincerely thanking guests as they leave and inviting them to return
  • cleaning and sanitizing guest touchpoints in the restaurant to maintain a safe environment
