Job Requirements

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival
Manage reservations and coordinate seating arrangements
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
Assist in managing wait lists and seating capacity
Communicate effectively with kitchen and wait staff
Provide guests with menus and information about specials
Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly
