Job Requirements

18 plus years of age
Must have reliable form of transportation
Able to work flexible shifts inclusive of weekends, days, late nights, and holidays
Able to communicate effectively in English
Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Able to walk at least 10,000 steps per shift including stairs, inclines, and declines
Able to pivot, transition between seated and standing positions, kneel, stoop, and lift throughout shifts
Able to distinguish colors and see both up close and at a distance
Able to use manual dexterity, gross motor skills, and fine motor skills
Able to work in confined spaces
Comfortable working in loud, distracting environments
Able to multitask and work efficiently with speed, accuracy, and composure in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant and entertainment venue under pressure

Job Qualifications

18 plus years of age
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Passionate about serving others
Strong conflict resolution skills to provide exceptional service and maintain a positive guest experience
Able to communicate effectively in English
Must have reliable form of transportation and be able to work flexible shifts inclusive of weekends, days, late nights, and holidays
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Minimum of 1 year of experience in hosting or guest services preferred

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assign them to their designated tables and update table status
Provide menus and escort guests to their designated tables while answering any questions about the restaurant features and entertainment offerings
Receive and return lost and found items to guests as needed
Assist with all opening and closing duties and side work
Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by any manager or VP of Operations based on business needs
