Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of reservations or host experience in fine dining restaurants or similar establishments
- Working knowledge of reservation management systems preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Passion for hospitality profession

Job Duties
- Greet guests in a warm, friendly and sincere manner
- Provide a warm welcome and a fond farewell upon departure
- Answer phone calls and guest inquiries
- Have full knowledge of the floor plan and seating charts
- Manage the day to day reservations, walk-in and cancellations/no-show in the reservation system
- Seat guests in accordance to their preferences and under the direction of the Manager on duty
- Be responsible for the overall presentation, cleanliness and organization of the assigned guest service areas such as the coat check, bathrooms and other guest spaces
- Guide guests to assigned table and ensure their satisfaction
