Job Duties

  • Greets guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
  • Seats guests based on their preferences whenever possible
  • Rotates seating among servers to balance workloads and ensure prompt service
  • Provides departing guests with a warm salutation thanking them for their visit
  • Assists the service team by bussing dishes, sanitizing, and resetting tables as needed
  • Manages guest placement within the entrance area to enhance guest experience and ensure safety
  • Answers incoming restaurant calls politely and professionally
  • Maintains a neat and organized workstation and entrance area
  • Completes opening and closing side work tasks
  • Ensures restrooms are clean, tidy, and fully stocked
  • Communicates effectively with team members and management to stay informed
  • Notifies management of any guest issues or long wait times promptly
