- ability to provide friendly and warm customer service
- ability to manage waitlists and communicate wait times accurately
- willingness to assist team members and adapt to changing priorities
- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the host area
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications

- previous customer service experience preferred
- friendly and outgoing personality
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- basic knowledge of restaurant operations
Job Duties
- Greeting and seating guests, inviting them to visit us again
- accommodating any special needs including boosters, high chairs, disabilities, large parties
- managing the wait list as needed, quoting accurate wait times
- providing assistance to servers
- maintaining tables per floor plan
- completion of assigned cleaning duties
- maintaining working knowledge of our menu
