Job Requirements

High school or equivalent education
Ability to stand and walk for up to four hours
Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
Ability to push and pull carts weighing up to 250 lbs
Excellent communication skills
Basic computational ability
Must be detail oriented and organized
Ability to work independently
Must maintain neat and well-groomed appearance

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Food service experience preferred
Customer service experience preferred
Basic computer skills including Windows OS and MS Office
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to manage conflicts with patience and diplomacy
Safe Server Alcohol and Food Handlers certification preferred

Job Duties

Greet and welcome all hotel guests and customers
Escort guests to their tables and present the menu to them
Communicate with wait staff and restaurant personnel to ensure guest satisfaction
Refill beverages, set tables, and clean dining and serving areas
Assist during downtime with rolling silverware, expediting food orders, preparing To-go food, and maintaining table condiments
Follow all company safety and security policies
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
