- Previous experience in restaurant hosting or serving preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to carry 10-30 lbs
- Reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant hosting or serving experience preferred
- Friendly and customer-focused personality
- Ability to articulate clear greetings and farewells to guests, as well as being able to understand requests for assistance
- Ability to clearly communicate guests’ needs to servers, bussers, managers, etc.
- Ability to effectively communicate on the telephone
- Must be able to carry trays or supplies (10-30 lbs)
Job Duties
- Greet guests and seat them at tables or in waiting areas
- Fulfill all tables drink orders sent in by the guest representatives
- Keep the drink station cleaned, stocked and organized throughout your shift
- Fulfill all tables with food and condiment orders sent in by the guest representatives
- Keep the serving line clean, stocked and organized throughout your shift
- Ring in to-go orders in the POS system
- Keep up with to-go orders by boxing food up, bagging then placing in the designated spot when completed
- Keep all supplies stocked and clean throughout your shift
