The Host/ToGo/Expo role is a multifaceted position that serves as the first point of contact for guests arriving at the restaurant, as well as a key player in managing takeout orders and food presentation. This role requires excellent communication skills, a warm demeanor, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for warmly greeting guests upon arrival, seating them efficiently by utilizing our floor chart and wait sheet, and handling incoming calls professionally. Beyond front-of-house responsibilities, the Host/ToGo/Expo will assist the dining room staff as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
An important aspect of the position includes managing To-Go orders, from taking them accurately to ensuring their prompt and correct delivery. Full menu knowledge is essential to assist guests effectively with their To-Go orders, providing recommendations and answering questions with confidence. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role
- ability to communicate clearly and politely
- basic knowledge of food safety and handling
- ability to work on feet for extended periods
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Welcome and warmly greet guests on arrival
