Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of hostess or server experience
- ability to pass drug and background screening
- ability to work 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. or 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. shifts
- availability to work every other weekend
- excellent communication skills
- physical ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience as a hostess/server
- experience in a senior living or similar dining environment preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene
- capable of standing and walking for extended periods
- dependable and punctual work ethic
Job Duties
- greet and seat residents in the dining room
- manage dining room seating arrangements to ensure efficient service
- assist with serving food and beverages as required
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area
- support kitchen staff by relaying resident preferences and special requests
- handle guest inquiries with patience and professionalism
- work collaboratively with other dining staff to provide excellent resident experience
