We are currently seeking a full-time Hostess/Server to join our Dining Room team. This role is central to maintaining the friendly, restaurant-style dining experience that Ingleside prides itself on. The position primarily involves hosting duties such as greeting and seating residents, and requires the ability to fill in as a server during part of shifts when needed. Ingleside provides three daily meals in a well-managed dining room environment, complete with waited service, adding a touch of comfort and normalcy to residents’ daily lives. The role offers two possible shifts: a morning to afternoon shift from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and a mid-morning to evening shift from 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Employees are expected to work every other weekend, allowing for a structured work-life balance compared to traditional restaurant roles.
