The Host position at Heroes Restaurant & Brewhouse is an entry-level role perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and have a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service. This hourly part-time role offers a competitive base pay of $17.50 per hour, with the possibility of working up to 40 hours per week depending on the needs of the restaurant. As a host, you will be the first and last point of contact for guests, making your role essential in shaping the overall dining experience. Responsibilities include greeting guests promptly with a warm smile, managing seating assignments, handling reservations, and expertly multitasking between greeting guests, answering phones, and managing the flow of the dining area through the Table Management system.

This role also involves important operational tasks such as monitoring seating and dining flow, assisting with to-go orders—both online and via phone—maintaining a clean and tidy waiting area, and ensuring that menus are clean and presentable. Hosts are expected to participate in opening, running, and closing duties as needed, and contribute to side work such as wiping down tables and restocking supplies.
