Job Requirements

  • Riverside County Food Handlers Card
  • Responsible Beverage Service Training and Certificate issued by California Alcohol Beverage Control
  • State issued driver's license or identification card
  • Social Security Card
  • State Sexual Harassment Training and Certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Must have a friendly and approachable demeanor

Job Duties

  • Greet guests promptly and display overwhelming care and concern for the guests' needs
  • Assign tables accurately and quote guests estimated seating times using the Table Management system
  • Handle reservations efficiently and manage the flow of seating and dining
  • Answer the house phone and respond to general business inquiries
  • Monitor the floor and assess the seating and dining flow to maintain smooth operations
  • Assist with placing, packaging, and closing out To-Go orders occasionally
  • Maintain a clean and tidy waiting area and keep menus presentable by replacing damaged or soiled menus
  • Perform opening, running, and closing duties as needed
  • Assist co-workers with side work tasks such as wiping down tables, restocking, and rolling silverware
