Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong interpersonal communication skills
- capable of managing waiting lists effectively during peak hours
- flexible availability including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- greet and seat guests with a warm and engaging manner
- manage the restaurant waiting list during busy times to set accurate guest expectations
- introduce guests to their servers to ensure seamless service
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all guest touch points
- thank guests sincerely upon departure and invite them to return
- engage in friendly conversation to enhance the guest experience
- assist in upholding a safe and welcoming environment
