Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
Basic math skills for handling payments and reservations
Familiarity with phone systems and restaurant software is advantageous
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Duties

Greet and seat guests with warmth, ensuring timely seating and special requests are met
Manage the flow of the dining room, rotating servers and keeping tables turning
Clear and reset tables quickly, keeping the dining room ready for the next group
Support servers, pitching in to keep the team shining
Own food safety and sanitation, keeping the dining room, lobby, restrooms, and patio spotless
Handle reservations with precision, ensuring every detail is perfect
Jump into other tasks as needed, bringing your energy to every corner of the dining room
