Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to stand walk and move quickly for extended periods
Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic
Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service an asset
Strong communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a commitment to cleanliness and food safety
Basic math skills for handling money and reservations
Comfortable using phone systems registers and related software

Job Duties

Greet and seat guests with warmth ensuring timely seating and special requests are met
Manage the flow of the dining room rotating servers and keeping tables turning
Clear and reset tables quickly keeping the dining room ready for the next group
Support servers pitching in to keep the team shining
Own food safety and sanitation keeping the dining room lobby restrooms and patio spotless
Handle reservations with precision ensuring every detail is perfect
Jump into other tasks as needed bringing your energy to every corner of the dining room
