Job Duties

  • Greeting every guest with a genuine smile and enthusiastic welcome
  • managing seating chart and waitlist efficiently
  • answering phones and providing accurate information about menu and specials
  • keeping host stand and waiting area clean and organized
  • escorting guests to their tables and presenting menus
  • addressing guest inquiries and handling minor concerns politely
  • assisting bussers with light table clearing or setting
  • observing dining room and communicating with servers and management about table availability and guest flow
