Job Duties
- Greeting every guest with a genuine smile and enthusiastic welcome
- managing seating chart and waitlist efficiently
- answering phones and providing accurate information about menu and specials
- keeping host stand and waiting area clean and organized
- escorting guests to their tables and presenting menus
- addressing guest inquiries and handling minor concerns politely
- assisting bussers with light table clearing or setting
- observing dining room and communicating with servers and management about table availability and guest flow
