Job Duties

  • Greet every guest with a genuine smile and enthusiastic welcome
  • Manage seating chart and waitlist efficiently
  • Seat guests promptly at appropriate tables
  • Balance server sections
  • Manage guest expectations during busy periods
  • Answer phones and provide accurate menu information
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting area
  • Escort guests to their tables and present menus
  • Address guest inquiries and minor concerns with courtesy
  • Assist bussers with light table clearing and setting
  • Observe dining room and communicate with servers and management about table availability and guest flow
