Job Duties
- Greet guests with a genuine smile and enthusiastic welcome
- Manage seating chart and waitlist efficiently
- Seat guests promptly at appropriate tables balancing server sections
- Answer phones and provide accurate menu, hours, and specials information
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and entryway
- Escort guests to tables and present menus
- Address guest inquiries and handle minor concerns politely
- Assist bussers with light table clearing or setting
- Observe dining room and communicate table availability to servers and management
