Job Duties

  • Greet guests with a genuine smile and enthusiastic welcome
  • Manage seating chart and waitlist efficiently
  • Seat guests promptly at appropriate tables balancing server sections
  • Answer phones and provide accurate menu, hours, and specials information
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and entryway
  • Escort guests to tables and present menus
  • Address guest inquiries and handle minor concerns politely
  • Assist bussers with light table clearing or setting
  • Observe dining room and communicate table availability to servers and management
