Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

Greet guests with a genuine smile and enthusiastic welcome
Manage seating chart and waitlist efficiently
Seat guests promptly at appropriate tables balancing server sections
Answer phones and provide accurate menu, hours, and specials information
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and entryway
Escort guests to tables and present menus
Address guest inquiries and handle minor concerns politely
Assist bussers with light table clearing or setting
Observe dining room and communicate table availability to servers and management
